setuphelper disappeared today withoit any reason

I got some fluöts in my system today - after many months of running without any problems

In the eNd i saw- setuphelper was no longer installed, including batteragregator and RPiDisplaySetup

After a reinstall - everything back to normal

I didnt change anything in the system since weeks , very strange

where should i start to look for the reason?

I would need more information to help with your issue. Since it resolved itself, it may not be able to determine the cause. However the logs may provide some information.

The SetupHelper/PackageManager log is /data/log/PackageManager. This is a directory of up to 5 log files with "current" being the most recent. Older log files have a time stamp as a name.

Of interest would be what firmware version you were running previously and what you upgraded to. Also similar version information for SetupHelper. Also whether you had automatic downloads and installs enabled in PackageManager.

i found the solution:
VenusOs upgraded to V3.64
Because of that , batteragregator was no longer working, so my batteries were not used

strange thing, in VenusOS my settings in Firmware was "check only" as i don´t want the system to do updates by itself

Glad you found the issue. I would recommend you post the issue with VenusOs updating automatically with "check only" selected in the Victron community forum. This is a pretty serious bug.
