Node-Red shutdown

Hi, nice mods.
I use node-red in the Venus OS large-image on an RPi 4 and wonder if there is anyway a shutdown and reboot signal can be triggered from node-red which links to your shutdown code? Since the change in permissions and the introduction of the nodered user my previous method using the the node-red exec node doesn't work anymore. 
Any help would be much appreciated.
