Tools like composer or wp cli are not working anymore

I've been using lando for years without any major issues until a few days ago, where tools like lando composer or lando wp have stop working. I simply get the error /bin/sh: 1: composer: not found and /bin/sh: 1: wp: not found.

I tried everything without luck, even deleting lando and all of the containers + images and starting over, without luck.

Could this be an issue related to a recent update?

Could you make it like a tool? Maybe it will help you. I am using it on Laravel and WordPress, and it all works fine.

So far I see this might be a combination of outdated plugins. Composer 1 was shut down, and I also see this error on the log that the database is not running for some issue. An updated recipe specifying versions or custom services might solve the issue, but it shouldn't be required if I'm starting a new website. I'm still debugging on my end and will post any findings, but in any case, I did try to run lando update but plugins are all up to date.

This can happen if you have something failing during the build so that the step that installs these tools never completes. Run a lando rebuild and pay attention to the output to see if there are any errors while building. It's usually an issue with your config or build steps.
