Virtual ground with N2A

Hello,
Wouldn't it be possible to keep the +9/-9v out of the DcDc converter and use N2A opamp to balance the virtual ground?
This might save a few components (especially 7805 and 7905) and maintain the power rails at +9 and -9v

Just leaving the two regulators away would certainly work assumed the opamp is still happy with the +-9V (which the AD8039 is not).
N2A would not be needed for the virtual ground, since the DC/DC converter already provides a ground potential on the output.

The idea behind the linear regulators is to smooth out some of the noise from the switching regulator.
But I haven't done any measurements to support this idea. It could be, that this is not required.
