Description
In your design, i see that you considered capacitance compensation on the input divider. I imagine you've used the following assumptions:
- The common mode capacitance at the TL072ID inputs are 2pF
- The C1-C5 capacitors in series represent 2pF
- The C7-C8-C11-C12 represent 198.8 pF
Accounting for the input capacitance of the aop and your design, we effectively have a 2/200.8 ratio, close enough for this kind of use.
However, I'm looking now at the Schokty diodes, they have a huge junction capacitance which evolves drastically with the reverse voltage. I'm thinking that this has not been accounted for in the design. So I wonder if you have measurements that could indicate that bandwith is highly limited by these diodes junction capacitance, and maybe that we should remove them.
