Tasks that use statsmodels with more than one cpu lag on Mac OS.

We had similar problems before (in other projects). This doesn't seem to happen when everything is installed using `conda`.

A workaround is to use `Miniconda` or to use Linux (_i.e._ through containers like Docker or using a VM).
