Error: Summary parsing failed

when i run mdbook serve --open i'm getting this:

I believe the cause of the error messages is two fold:

1. SUMMARY.md has several typos in it where links make reference to the same files in the src/beginner directory. All of the "heading" level bullet points have this problem (i.e [Basics], [Memory Safety], [Custom Data Types], etc.). Instead of referencing the corresponding file whose name matches the link's display name, the link references the file the corresponds to the first bullet point after the heading. For example, instead of the [Basics] link referencing src/beginner/basics.md it references src/beginner/setup.md.
2. A simple, stop-gap solution would be to manually correct the typos in SUMMARY.md and then run mdbook serve --open again. Unfortunately, some of the requisite files that need to be referenced are missing. For example, the src/beginner does not contain any files named custom-data-types.md or testing.md so there's no way to fix the typos for those broken links.
