Figure out how to handle things like car insurance (6 month period) or home owner insurance (year long period). Potentially amortizing the expense over a period of time so it doesn't cause spikes or having the ability to represent the single-time payment as a portion of a monthly expense so it's easier to see fluctuations month-to-month.
