Vulkan 1.0 support

So i have a snapdragon 636 and i just wanna play rtyi demo 2 but my build of mupen only renders at smooth 60fps on those one scanline and scancolumn. However i dont have another emu for android but Project64 exists but it never boots up ready to use so i cant use that

Please add VK 1.0 support or GL support if you can
