Incorrect RAM speed

Hello everyone!

I am seeing an error at the reported RAM speed. This is collected from DMI.

In detail, at Precision 5680 with LPDDR memory speed in BIOS is 6000MHz. But at dump like: https://linux-hardware.org/?probe=99d9b32657, I see:
RAM Module 8GB Row Of Chips LPDDR5 6400MT/s

This comes from one of the 8 entries: "Handle 0x1100, DMI type 17, 92 bytes":
Type: LPDDR5
Type Detail: Synchronous
Speed: 6400 MT/s

6 lines below that the following is seen on each entry:
Configured Memory Speed: 6000 MT/s

That is the actual speed. Please modify the code so that the correct speed is shown.
