[BUG] unable to exec selkies: No such file or directory

Current Behavior

Selkies fails to start up. Accessing the interface times out attempting to connect.

Expected Behavior

It should exec selkies and not fail to connect in the browser

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run in docker

Environment

- OS: docker
- How docker service was installed: docker?

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

docker run -d \
  --name=calibre \
  -p 8080:8080 \
  -p 8081:8081 \
  -p 8181:8181 \
  -v /path/to/calibre/config:/config \

I cannot replicate this and either can our testing
