Dependencies with 3rd party libraries

Hi,
@jeanfrancoisburnier and I found a pb whilu updating submodules,
This is not a pb for mavlink since it is a header only library, but it is a pb for libopencm3 !

Do you have any suggestion on how to make sure libs are re-compiled after a git submodule update ?
