GVA Deployment for AT&T 2025 #13
Description
What activities are occurring for deployment? IBM Consulting is on-boarding databases and is currently in Phase 6 of the GVA onboarding project.

What are key milestones and target dates? June 2025 End of Phase 6
Who from IBM/AT&T are action owners? AT&T: Bryan Troxclair, IBMC: Manoj, vasnathi, Nick
How many licenses do we expect to be deployed and when? 13K
TBD, working with customer and IBMC to determine which can be on-boarded by June probably 5,000
In addition we have a number of databases which are not supported yet by VA which we have prioritized with development and will be the next applications to be covered by GVA:
Cosmos
Azure MySQL Flexible server
Azure PostgresSQL
Azure SQL Managed Instance
GDE Use case:
GDE: This is not a CSM supported

In the meeting we want to cover your specific plans for software deployment for Q1. So please come prepared to lead the discussion and cover three things:
Your plan to get the software you are responsible for installed.
What help you need from the TSLs/ATLs/others to achieve plan.
Opportunities to increase planned deployment in Q1 – the more we can do in Q1, the more time we will have to grow software with the client in subsequent quarters.
Please use ISC/Cadet to facilitate your part of discussion and share from your screen, do not prepare a separate powerpoint, excel, etc.
Each CSM does not have a lot of time in the agenda so please rehearse the key points above and be efficient so we can get to everyone.
