NUMA-aware private memory allocation per application in Netmap

What is the recommended way to create per-NUMA allocators in Netmap so that each application gets memory local to its NUMA node? How do I combine this with nr_arg1/2/3 so that each application can specify buffer size and count while staying NUMA-local?
