Increase ElasticSearch version

ES servers OS expires: need to be migrated. At the same time we could jump to a newer version of ES and set up a small cluster for ES.

This could go to OpenShift: Rahti or Kontti?

Systems to migrate are at least:

• Old Kotka
• API (taxonomy)
• Backend-Taxonreprocess (taxonomy)
• Trait-DB
• DW (municipality etc borders)
• Re-loading municipalities, biogeo provinces, natura areas
