Fixing coordinate errors in Kotka

As data user, I'd like coordinates to be correct so that I can more reliably use them without checking them all manually

• Compile lists of erroneous coordinates and mistake types (for example missing - from wgs84 coordinates for southern hemisphere)
• Investigate possibilities of resolving correct coordinates via automated means
• Compile list of specimen ids -> correct coordinates to be fixed to db (via script)

Another error type: ETRS-coordinates systematically saved as YKJ-coordinates, by prefixing easting with "3". There are many like these on some museum collections. Could be tracked based on who has recorded the data.
