Missing synergy effect data for priority improvements

The techniques retrieved from the technique endpoint don't have synergy effect data on moves which have different priorities when used in synergy.
e.g. Electropunch has Low priority. When used in synergy, it actually has High priority. The synergy effect data for Electropunch is empty though.

It seems like it was already implemented some time ago, as the example on https://temtem-api.mael.tech/ actually shows the priority effect. Running the example on the current API does not return the priority anymore however.
