User Guide link in the readme 404's

Describe the bug
Clicking the user guide link in the README.md for http://docs.maestroserver.io/en/latest/userguide/cloud_inventory/inventory.html results in a 404.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the user guide link.
2. 404

Expected behavior
Opens to a user guide document.

I would open a PR, but I don't know the correct location (yet).
