Make recursive scan optional

Let's say I call magic on a folder like this

``` ooc
magic ../ooc/ooc-kean/source/draw
```

and let's say that folder has a subfolder with lots of files that I don't want to scan for style violations right now. It would be nice to have magic scan non-recursively when so desired (but not by default!).
