These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the rights and obligations between users (“Users”) and the operator “MAGIC METHODS” (“Operator”) with respect to the provision and use of PullLog (“Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service.
  2. The Operator may establish individual provisions (such as the “Privacy Policy”) in addition to these Terms. Such provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms.
  3. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and individual provisions, the individual provisions shall prevail.

Article 2 (User Registration)

  1. Those wishing to use the Service must apply for registration in a manner prescribed by the Operator. Registration will be completed upon approval by the Operator.
  2. The Operator may refuse registration if any of the following apply:
    • The applicant provides false information.
    • The applicant has violated these Terms before.
    • The Operator otherwise deems the registration inappropriate.

Article 3 (Age Requirements)

  1. The Service generally does not have age restrictions; however, if paid plans are introduced in the future, minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using such paid services.

Article 4 (Account Management)

  1. Users are responsible for managing their Service accounts and passwords.
  2. The Operator assumes no responsibility for unauthorized use of accounts by Users or third parties.

Article 5 (Fees and Paid Plans)

  1. The Service is currently provided free of charge. The Operator may introduce paid plans or paid features in the future. In such cases, details and conditions will be announced on the Service, and the User’s consent will be obtained before implementation.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:

  • Acts violating laws or public order and morals.
  • Acts related to criminal activity.
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Acts infringing the rights of other Users or third parties.
  • Providing false information or impersonation.
  • Providing benefits to or being involved with anti-social forces.
  • Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Article 7 (User-Submitted Data)

  1. Copyright of data posted or registered by Users belongs to the User. However, the Operator may use such data, after anonymization and aggregation, for service operation, improvement, and statistical analysis.
  2. Users may edit or delete their data through account management features (as available).

Article 8 (Handling of Dormant Accounts)

  1. If a User does not log in for over one year, the Operator may, after prior notice, delete the User’s account and related data.

Article 9 (Suspension of Service)

  1. The Operator may, without prior notice, suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service in the following cases:
    • For system maintenance or updates.
    • If provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, fire, or power outage.
    • If the Operator otherwise deems suspension or interruption necessary.
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such suspension or interruption.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All content, programs, designs, etc. on the Service are owned by the Operator or rightful owners.
  2. Users may not reproduce, use, or sell information from the Service without permission from the Operator.

Article 11 (Restriction and Deregistration)

The Operator may restrict or deregister a User’s access to the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Registration of false information.
  • Being an anti-social force or involved with such.
  • Other cases deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Article 12 (Data Loss and Service Termination)

  1. The Operator shall make every effort to protect data, but Users agree that data may be lost due to technical reasons or force majeure.
  2. In the event of service termination, the Operator will give prior notice by reasonable means, but shall not be obliged to return data.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Operator makes no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of any information obtained through the Service.
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service by Users.

Article 14 (Amendment of Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms without prior notice. Amended Terms shall become effective upon posting on the Service.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance over any disputes related to the Service.
