[Bug] Unable to view project details - Data parse issue in getStates

In getStates functin of issues_provider.dart, the resonse data type is mismatched.
response has List data but it is assigned to Map data type variable statesData

Response is:

But expected data in code is Map.
That's why unable to view the project detail.
