JSON output for grammar converter

The grammar converter currently outputs a JavaScript literal string. The output may (and often does) contain `\n` and `\t` characters, which are not valid in JSON. 

SInce the distinction may be confusing, need to investigate changing the converter to output valid JSON.

Note: Must check the Orion side and ensure that JSON input grammar will be properly consumed by the styler.
