-Fix the column headers
-Add image link to photo inside the project
-Fix broken words for project status example not yet starte

1. Not yet started- under the column what is the project apparent status
2. non_operational- under column is the project operational
3. Under_procument- under the column what has the project not yet started
4. This column header is also cut off "please add details about your opinion of this project's quality"

Also please note: column headers forWP are not accurate in the location columns some seem to still refer to Baringo locations.
