Increase Drops stops working middle of Act 2

I am using increased drop rate (preset of "I want to find Tryael's today!") and it is working correctly through Act 1 and Half of Act 2. However, around entering Lost City, all equipment ceases to drop. The only drops from enemies are potions, keys, gems, and occasional runes. I turned off all mod settings to test, and it seems to carry over where anywhere past that part of Act 2, nothing equipment/charm wise will drop. I can return to Act 1 and everything returns to normal without issue. Even if i use the Tyrael's Preset, they drop lots of loot to pick up. However, I did notice that Andariel also doesn't drop any items, just 1 gem and nothing else. Not sure what is going on.

about bosses, yeah, this is known bug, not related to that, with rand act bosses are garbage (not sure why as I don't touch their TC, whatever).

about your experience with act2 onwards, this is strange. I played hundreds of times with quite high settings (similar to preset you mentioned) and don't remember anything liek that. probably Need to test that preset specifically.

You can try lower preset to see if things change.
