Match unresolved event is not working

The recorder currently does not detect properly whether a match exited early (disconnect etc). Video recordings will not be stopped due to this. See https://github.com/marcelherd/TekkenLearningPlatform/blob/master/tlp-recorder/src/tekken/state.ts#L120
