I think I have set up instagram api correctly in Instagram developer portal and follow read me instructions to get access token, and authorize like etc permissions.

Any clue why this is happening for my case?
I am using sandbox mode now and the app not go live yet.

How do you get out of Sandbox mode? Or do you have to wait until their approval process stuff?
