add a saturation dimension？

Hello！
I'd like to ask if it's possible to add a saturation dimension under the background blur effect? For example, increasing saturation while implementing blur, similar to the saturation effect achievable with CSS

I would be grateful if you could reply in a timely manner, as I am currently rushing to complete a project
