Make a Robust Member Model

Existing member model [class]( https://github.com/markroxor/Roboism/blob/python3.4/mainsite/models.py)  is not up to the mark. Also, I am not able to successfully upload pictures (profile pictures) and use them. Project model too needs to be addressed in the same way......
