--proxies fails when AUTH_URL doesn't have port number

If your ST_AUTH is "http://1.2.3.4/auth/v1.0" and you specify the --proxies argument on the command line, you get this error:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'group'

This is because in the regexp is looking for a : in the authurl separating the IP address and the port.
