Add API with a .NET style approach

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The classes available reflects the one available in Java, but for a .NET user many concept are consolidated: API with CancellationToken or async/await pattern.

Extend some of the main methods within the classes with the feature described. It is possible to start from KafkaConsumer and KafkaProducer
