Teams: currently able to add the same user to a team multiple times #145
Description
I first noticed this on the team creation screen. I entered blake,matt because I didn’t know I would be added automatically. So there were 2 blakes listed. Removing one didn’t work and produced a generic "something went wrong" error.
After team creation I was able to add both blake and matt multiple times.
