Automated backups

I’m using Timetracker for work and I would be effed if I lost data in the middle of a pay period. I say we at least backup the DB on an hourly or daily schedule.

Ideally, we could grab a Backblaze B2 instance and do automated DB backups to it hourly (I do this on other projects).

This automation is out of scope for this repo but still creating the issue here for reference.
