Coverage for multiple working directories

Is it possible to enable comments for different working directories, for example if I had a repo with server and ui code where the tests are run independently. At the moment I think the action will delete previous comments regardless of which action created it meaning the that last action to finish wins.

This would indeed be very useful! Would be great to be about to pass an ID or some sort of identifier.
