iOS Text Input: Scroll Jitter When Editing in Upper Region #42
Description
When editing long text content that exceeds maximum height constraints on iOS, manipulating text in the upper region causes scrolling jitter. The view incorrectly scrolls to the bottom while keeping cursor position at the top.
This issue occurs consistently (100% reproducibility) when rendering text as children and using refined values, such as in chat applications with mention functionality. The problem can also manifest when inserting empty lines in the upper portion of the text area.
