Autoperks unrealistic assignments #92
Description
At ~10Ud He AutoPerks at a certain (1500) looting weight prefers 320 Looting + 10Qa Looting_II to 319 Looting + 22Qa Looting_II. This is quite weird.
A stopgap hacky solution would be to cap a single perk allocation to ~25% of total He. A proper solution would be to fix the math and/or perk internal weights.
