Issue after "update" backend server will no longer start.

I updated the system and it's updated to: "Swarm is up to date! You have version 0.9.7.4, and 0.9.7-Beta is the latest."

But now, when I try to use SwarmUI I have this message in a banner: "Backends are still loading on the server", and it never finishes.

Have this message in the terminal window: "[Warning] Comfy backend 0 has failed to load value set repeatedly. Is it stuck loading very slowly, or has it internally failed? Ignoring errors of HttpRequestException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (localhost:7821)"

Not sure what to do now. (I'm very new to all of this, so much to learn, but SwarmUI has been a real help)
