scrolling up in the image history list on phone causes the panel to close

Expected Behavior

for it to just scroll up, not close

Actual Behavior

it closes as soon as you scroll up too much

Steps to Reproduce

1. open swarmUI on a phone
2. swipe up to reveal the image history
3. try to scroll upwards through the history (by swiping down)
4. it mistakes the scrolling gesture for a close-this-panel-please gesture
5. facepalm
