Data preprocessing

Thanks for this great job! This is my first try to combine DeepLearning with OpenFOAM. I have one question:
After I finished OpenFOAM simulation works and obtain my own dataset, how can I transform these results into .pkl format files that can be read for python (dataX.pkl and dataY.pkl in this work)?  Thanks again!
