Make the version number of backed up components optional (e.g. --no-version-number-in-names))

It would be nice to use this plugin to sync all the changes done by someone on the chef webinterface back to the chef-repo. For this purpose we need the original (cookbook) directory name without the version number that is already stored in the metadata.rb.
