Continued-request django trench

Hello, we at kdc-solutions would like to continue to support this project as it is no longer kept up to date. Is it possible to transfer the repo to us or can we make a copy and continue to use it? We have already adapted all updates for new versions (the dependencies) and added custom users etc.
