Eagle Files Adafruit ESP8266 Feather.brd and .sch

Hi, I'm at the link (https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit-Feather-ESP8266-HUZZAH-PCB) where the .brd and .sch files are.   When I open either one, I don't see the board or schematic, just text showing layers, cream, etc.  Can someone give me some advice on how to bring these two files into Eagle 5.12 Professional?
