Project journal doesn't pick the correct customer, if different Bill-to customer set on a job task

We setup the Task billing method = Multiple customers at Project.
and we have different bill-to customer setup at tasks level and different prices for each customer.

Now in the project journal system picking price of the Bill-to customer from the Project card, not the task card. which means we are getting incorrect price.

Please correct me, is this a bug?
