Why do you need this change?

I need this event so that I can directly extend the function in the loop. Otherwise I have to use the vent OnAfterTransferRelatedTablesToReleasedProdOrder and build the loop once again, which will cost me performance.

Is it possible to add it also to the BC26 Version?

Implementation:

Add a new integration event in the TransferReopenProdOrderRtngLine procedure of Codeunit 5407 "Prod. Order Status Management" after ToProdOrderRtngLine.Insert() in the repeat..until loop.
