[FeatureReq - Partner Center] Ability to block extension from being installed on mobile

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Edge on Android is getting extension support. However, my extension's primary purpose is to clone a Git repository in VS Code with one click of a button. Since there is no VS Code on mobile, I don't want the extension to be installed on mobile.

An option in the partner centre to set platform availability so I can prevent the extension to be installed on mobile

For mitigation on the mobile client side, we are adding tags to extensions that are not optimized for mobile.

@venkatasai5171 thanks for your response! Can you be a bit more specific? How is optimised for mobile determined, is this something extensions can declare themselves like is possible on AMO?
