Repro steps:
Hit the URL: https://aspire.dev/.
TAB to "Install Aspire CLI” and “Cookie preferences” controls present in the header section.
Observe the issue that Tooltip does not dismiss with ESC key for “Install Aspire CLI” and “Cookie preferences”, hides underlying controls.
Actual Result:
“Install Aspire CLI” and “Cookie preferences” tooltip opens on hover or focus but does not close when pressing ESC. Tooltip remains visible and overlaps/hides the underlying control.
Expected Result:
Tooltip should close when the ESC key is pressed. Tooltip should not obscure or block access to the underlying interactive control.
User Impact:
Keyboard and screen reader users cannot dismiss the tooltip using standard keyboard controls, causing loss of access to the underlying functionality. This creates a keyboard trap‑like experience and disrupts task completion.
