Certificate has changed on install.ps1

Hi, the cert used to sign the latest version of the install.ps1 file is different to before and has an intermediate cert of: 'Microsoft Windows PCA 2010' expiry 7/07/2025 - can the bundled cert be updated to reflect this change?

Running this from an RMM as system, there seems to be an issue with running this script.

I received the following Warnings:

• Warning: Service Control Manager tracing is disabled <see HKLM:\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Tracing\SCM\Regular[TracingDisabled]

I corrected the above by changing the registry key from 1 to 0

• Warning: Error: An access denied error occured when registering scheduled job definition Setting up WpptracingLevel. Try running Windows Powershell with elevated user rights: that is, Run As Administrator
• Warning: HKLM:\Software\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Reporting[WppTracingLevel1] could not be created

Exit-Install : <script name>:1570] install exitcode: 1603

I attempted to run this as admin, and it still failed.

My ultimate goal with this was to update Defender on Windows 2016 so that it could be enrolled with Defender for Cloud. I was able to create a separate script that runs the updater, and then runs the enrollment script. I hope that this could be fixed though.
