Markdown table is not rendered

Copilot renders a markdown table in a webview automatically; however, vision extension does not.

Reproducible Steps

1. Ask Copilot and see if the table is rendered:

Compare TypeScript and Python data types in a markdown table.

2. This time, take a screenshot of VS Code and ask Vision extension:

@vision Replicate the spatial layout of the screenshot in a markdown table. [paste your screenshot]

🐛 The table is not rendered in a web view.

I wonder if this has to do with how the response is structured? I'll do some investigation and it could be a chat streaming issue

This issue still exists. I mentioned a workaround to make it work using live server extension by copying and pasting the response content code block into a separate HTML. That was a temporary workaround.
