How I can Run it on Windows 10

The first time. I run project and training data on Ubuntu. Everything working seems to be perfect. But When I change the source to Windows 10 "inferenceInterface.initializeTensorFlow" (can't resolve this method) or TensorFlowInferenceInterface() not working correctly. How can I fix it?
