Hellow Dan-Bryan
The issue is that when I added transparent text from the generator menu, above the timeline, without deleting the default text, I discovered that this was the reason the program was crashing without explanation.
Although two RTF text filters could be added without problems, if I didn't delete the default text, when I applied my set of filters:
size, position and rotation + rich text + alpha channel adjustment... shotcut crashed.
[Debug ] <TimelineDock::setSelection> Changing selection to QList(QPoint(0,1)) trackIndex -1 isMultitrack false
[Info ] <Util::isMemoryLow> available RAM = 7523708 KB
[Debug ] <autosaveTask> Function autosaveTask finished in 7 ms.
That's when it occurred to me to delete the default text that suggests "type here" to the user, and then add the set of filters. This time it worked.
