Make examples usable on all platforms

**Problem**
Currently, some examples are not usable on all platforms (e.g. animation_2d).

**Feature**
Make all examples usable on supported platforms by supporting all input types and improve UI.

**Additional context**
It could be good to be able to control parameters of the examples directly though UI (e.g. refresh frequency of game of life).
